Want to edit catalog contact menu to point to web form

Hi Guys
I Want to edit my catalog navigation menu so that I can point the contacts option to my web form (http://www.trophyhut.co.uk/webform.html) url instead of having it open the shoppers email client i.e. Outlook. Could some kind soul point me to the relevant template or explain what needs to be done.

You will need to create a custom Navbar. See the Advanced User Guide www.actinic.co.uk/downloads

Cheers Gary. I was hoping there was an option somwhere. Never mind keeps the old brain cells active . lol....

Any chance of an example of how to edit this I have looked at the advanced user guide but dont understand it frankly. I open the header template but it does not make sense to me an example would be helpful if available.
