safely remove older versions?

Hi
forgive me if this sounds a bit dim - but can i safely uninstall/delete my V5 & V6 folders from programme files?

I had v5 developer and v6 catalog running seprately but now all of my sites have been imported to v7 developer.


Although I upgraded ages ago I thought I would have a " spring clean" however I wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything that V7 "needed" from the older versions.

The only thing that I can think of is to make sure that your images and any additional files aren't still located in the old V5 and V6 Site folders.

If you're sure that isn't the case it should be safe to uninstall then delete these folders.

However I'd also back up both versions Site folders to CD before doing anything - just in case.

Thank you Norman -I'm pretty sure everything went across when I updates but I will copy them to CD just in case!
