HELP! Site not updating

I'm not getting any errors, but my site is not being updated during a refresh. I'm having to reload completely (which takes about 2 hours). I use Mole End software to check for new orders every five minutes, and update if a new order is retrieved. Although it runs, and no errors are reported, nothing is actually being updated. I'm overselling inventory as a result.

Any help would be appreciated.

Over the last couple of days a number of people have had issues with updates appearing to happen and not actually going up, plus a number of failed connections, which appear to be down to a bad Zone Alarm version, so if you are using ZA, then it could be that.

I found the Zone Alarm threads. I'm sure that is my problem as well. I'm working on it now, and hopefully can get this resolved soon. Thank you.
