We've recently had our first experience with online credit card fraud. I've since eliminated the option for a customer to use a differen't "ship to" address.

Is there any way we can safeguard transactions better, even with just one invoiced customer?

Create a new shipping class called something like 'Overnight' with an astronomically high shipping charge (so that no real customers will ever use it).

Anyone picking this shipping method will probably not be spending their own money :)
