Does anyone know if there is a way to send a newsletter(s) to customers that have purchased from your Actinic shop?

Take a look at groupmail that is within Jan's mole-end.biz site.

take a look at the regulations about sending mailings to customers there are certain criteria you must meet, just because someone has bought from you doesn't give you the right to send marketing to them

You are allowed to send newsletters BUT you must follow the guidelines for unsubscribing should they not want to receive further.... however... it is better to get users to opt into the scheme in the first place rather than having to opt out

I was probably being to subtle here, there are many govt sites that have pdfs with the detail, but as Jont says you must have an unsubscribe within every newsletter.
It annoys the c*** out of me when shops send unsolicited mailings lists, I normally blacklist the email address when this happens and if I am in a very bad mood I'll report it to spam cop- especially if there is no unsubscribe.
If the shop has not bothered to read the regs re sending mailings I am reluctant to use an unsubscribe feature as it can lead to your email address being marked as active and then sold on to other unscrupulous list collectors
If I recognise the shop sending, and I bought from them recently, and there is unsubscribe then I unsubscribe.
There are a couple of people who occaisionally post here who have added me to their mailing lists, I have not bought from them... they are now on my email blacklist!
We all have enough spam to contend with, without having to deal with unwanted mailing lists too.
Best practise is only to send to people who have opted in.
