Actinic Link - Quickbooks

I have exported my orders from Actinic to use in Quickbooks. However when I try to import the IFF files to Quickbooks I get an error message that the transaction not in balance . This is followed by an error online 10 message.

Can anyone give me a clue what the cause is and how to fix it? I have a feeling it may have something to do with the VAT rates, but I'm guessing

VAT is the thing that causes the issues normally.

Could you post up a screen shot of your 'Tax Rates' tab in Link and also let us know whether you are using Advanced or Simple tax calculation in Business.
