search fragments?

Hi all.

more than likely an extremely easy question to answer, but i have to ask.

if the simplesearch is used on the site im making-it only returns results for
words in the description or product title.

how do i add extra words to a product that are searchable but not shown?

i've tried putting extra info in the "properties" in the advanced settings
within the product, but it didnt work - am i doing something wrong or
missing something out?

please enlighten me as to how its done.

This is a standard feature of Business. You can have searchable properties there. If you've only got catalog then there was a discussion here recently regarding putting commonly mispelled words into the product description and hiding them from being displayed. I discovered that

!!<<noscript>mispeld wurds heyr</noscript>>!!

Would do the trick.
