from the quick look around of actinic 8, i see there is little change in the shipping part, what im looking for and i think lots of other people are if the value of an order is over x value it changes the cost brackets, but also if the weight is also in a different bracket it will change
so a combination of both was suggested, is this going to be implemented in this version, if so i would upgrade straight away
