Limited date selection

I would like to insert some (javascript?) to allow users to select only wednesday, thursday and friday delivery dates for the foreseeeable future. I am sure you all konw how to do it but I don't.

This is something for one of the javascript guru's on the forum. If someone can see a way of doing this can you please post to this thread.
