Hi, im having an annoying little bug in firefox with my links.

http://www.classixshop.com/test/acatalog/sale.php

if you take a look you will see that the hover seems to 'bleed' on to other bits of text you may need to navigate back or forth once for it to start doing it.

im using firefox 1.0.7 it works fine in i.e.

i believe its something to do with my PARENTSECTIONSTOP but all the codes fine, my link tags are closed, unless theres hidden ones i cant see?

any advice? my sites still functional but this is just really annoying

Give an example of an affected link on that page?

Seems to work okay with version 1.5.0.4.

PS Gothmatch dot com I find amusing (sorry).

ive double checked everything and i cant see whats up with it, everythings closed e.t.c

1.5.04 here and working fine.

However - you may want to do a search on the forum about pop-up links refreshing the underlying page

yea i had noticed that, but for this redesign i am dispencing with the pop ups so alls good.

its probably only my version of FF and lower but id like it to be backwards compatible, maybe in a few months it wont be relevant...

is there any stats you know of that will tell me wich versions of firefox most people have?
bout to google it now..

Interesting question that, regarding versions of FF.

Looking at the stats for my sites it seems that slightly less than 10% of our visitors used FF (according to awstats and advance logger). However. I've twice done cheeky wee surveys on two busy football forums and virtually every member now uses FF, or at least so they say. Many businesses won't change from IE as well apparently. I suppose you'd then have to wonder the actual customer to IE/Firefox/Opera/etc ratio.

Hmm.

stats stats stats

yup, stats overload and its not doing me any good.

just checked my sites stats and weve got about 11.5% on FF

i think i'll just have to wait for customers to tell me whats going on, just a little bug, it all works fine but its bloody irritating:mad:

cheers for all your help guys

A quote from ex-Aberdeen manager, Ebbe Skovdahl who remarked statistics were, in fact, like mini-shirts "They give you lots of good ideas, but they hide the most important things."
