How to change contact from mailto, to submit form

HI, Can anyone tell me how or where to change the settings for the contact button. At the minute, when you press contact it is a simple mailto action. I would like it to display a form so that the user can type in the name and a message etc.

Actinic comes with its own form, which is used once you populate an SMTP server address within the Advanced | Network Setup.

Form itself is in the template manager under contact us button.
