Unable to get to Protx

Have put up a test site but I am unable to get to protx.

When I go through the checkout it just comes up with the passing you to protx screen and nothing more.

What am I not doing or doing wrong.

I imported a snapshot to create this test site so it should have brought in the Protx settings yes?

any advice would be helpful.
