playing around with H1 and H2 titles??

hi everyone,

i am just in the process of optimzing my site and its proving to be a massive task!! anyhow i understand that i am meant to put certain keywords in the "H1 and H2" i know this is to do with HTML but thats it?????

as you can tell i am very new to all the lark so go easy on me!!:D

Try doing a search on the forum the whole area of SEO and Actinic has been discussed in great depth. You will find lots of discussion about H Tags:)
