payment Box not showing up on IE 5 & 6

:confused: I am getting pretty tired of answerring this question for clients.

I am attempting to make an on-line purchase on your clubstore website but the field to insert credit card information is missing. Can you Help?

Now I know the answer this is to do with either

1- Firewall setting blocking the Active X control
2- Default browser setting blocking the control

Are their any solution sheets available for IE 5, 6 that I can send to our clients using these browsers to save me time responding to this repetitive question every week...

This can be caused by lack of users Java Virtual Machine as well as what you describe but this should not be an issue with IE5 only IE6 and winXP

You could add your text to the template where the java applet is shown
