Help With v4 Upload Update

Hello All,
I receive the following error when trying to update/refresh website (cannot open the shipping and handling database, make sure that actinic simple shipping 4 is set up as a valid odbc source), when I try to open the business settings the shipping tag is frozen, I can not access any of the other tabs within the business settings?, any input will be greatly appreciated. I am planning to upgrade to v6 very soon, but I need to make pricing changes to the catalog immediately.

Have you got a shipping database file in the shipping folder?

There should be a folder called ShipControl within Site1, and within that folder a mdb file called simpleshipping.mdb
