Changing the Acatalog name and more

Hi,

Has V8 made it easy to remove or change the 'Acatalog' folder name?

Is it possible to install V8 in the main root folder (public_html) and not 'Acatalog'.


If I had one product with various sizes, say 'shoes', can I now stock level the various sizes of shoes? Because it can't be done with ease in V7.

Because it can't be done with ease in V7.No, this is still done by setting up hidden products with the right stock level, weight, tax status etc. and then associating them with a choices in the store.
