NETQUOTEVAR:SHIPPINGEXTRAINFO. Anyone know what template this is in as it's showing up as text on the checkout page

It was in the old version of Act_ShippingSelectTemplate.html but it is not used anymore. Please check this file in the ShipControl folder of your site directory and make sure it is up to date. You can find the most recent version of this file in the Original folder.
