Hi,

I have a repeat customer who had several items in his basket, when he clicked on Next to go to the Invoice/Deliver to screen, where customers enter their address details, instead of displaying this screen it looses everything in the cart and says 'Your shopping cart is empty'

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Hi Paul,

Tried placing an order on the website and could not replicate the issue your customer had. Is this the only instance of this happening or does it happen often? Do let me know so that I can get the Express team to check the store for you.

Hi Bruce,

Sorry for slow reply, I've been away.

As far as I am aware this is only being experienced by one customer, who is in Switzerland, though I doubt if location is an issue. Could it be a firewall or security setting on the computer he is using?

Hi Paul

It is possible that the firewall setings (like Norton or Zone alarm)on their browser prevent actinic cookie and hence the shopping cart does not work. You can suggest them to temporarily disable or at least lower the settings of their firewalls and check if it helps.
