:confused: Hi there, i am trying to upload the catalogue to the sever, i have tried to redesign the templates which may be the cause of the problem.
I have changed the design|option|misc|compress html, back to being compressed, and tried this also, ( should this be re-selected once site design is complete?)
i receive the following message:
An error occurred while merging files on the remote site. This website index has been corrupted. catalogue is unable to update the index. copy ../www/shop/acatalog/fulltext.fil to ../www/shop/acatalog/oldtext.fil faild permission denied. please refresh the site.
has anyone encountered this problem and does anyone know how to correct it.
