Hi,

I 'cut' a whole load of old products and sections. Now, when I go into Marketing > Best Sellers or New Product Listings (but not related products etc), it crashes out to Windows. I have tried compacting the database.

I am on version 8.0.0.0.etc.

You may need to re-generate the marketing output.

Is there any other way of doing that apart from actually going into the "Marketing > Best Sellers" bit? As soon as I go into that it crashes.

You could try Offline preview as that generates the marketing data and may reset things.

I tried the offline preview and then went back into the marketing bit, but it still crashing.

I think we will have to wait for support tomorrow.
