I haven't got a .gif or .jpg logo for the top of my store. A simple text line would be ok for me, how can I do this please?

You could try this free online text to gif creator:

I did mine in MS Publisher. You can select the image once you are finished and then right click, save as picture and save it as a jpeg or gif.
