fasthosts and v6

I cannot see the wood for the trees. I have set up v4 and v5 on fasthosts, importing a file for the network settings as per:

yet I cannot get version 6 to work. It keeps failing on the smtp setting. << The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again.>>

Is there anything else I should be changing? I saw the previous thread back in December but I just can't see it.

Jenny I have been using V6 for a few days soild and all of a sudden after making some changes to my network setup I got the SMTP error doing the network test so I just deleted to get the network test done.

Not much help but you are not alone

Thought I was on the latest version. Just upgraded to V6.2 and it has now gone! All's well. That was Jan's suggestion..
