file is corrupt / invalid signature

I have edited the actinicshipping.fil file to make a shipping hack or a customer and now get the above error. How do I stop or override this ?

The *.fil files are digitally signed as a protection against hacking attempts.
If you need any change on the shipping plugin then the change must be done directly on the template file (ShipControl\ShippingTemplate.pl).
