Website fails to come up?

Hi,

I've just been informed by one of my customers, to use his words...

'Incidentally your web site fails to come up sometimes -- instead I get your web hosts home page'

I also recieved an email from someone else a couple of days ago asking why he couldn't find the website anymore.

This looks like an intermittent fault. Anyone got any ideas why it is happening, and more to the point, how to prevent it?

As your site is Express I would give Actinic a call and ask them to check the hosting package for you.
