Full copy of 7.0.6

How can I get hold of a full copy of 7.0.6? I need to reinstall and I have an earlier version of 7 but not the final release. The current demo version is 8.0 and I haven't decided to upgrade yet. The version on the download area is the 7.0.6 patch.

I found the patch version already but was concerned whether this is a full install or just a patch for an existing install.
