How Do You Load Stock?

I just purchased express today and have already found a ton of shortfalls on it, the main one is not being able to load stock levels.

Am I missing something somewhere or can this web shop really not handle stock levels? Can't see how it has any worth at all without that facility.

If this does not do that then does Catalogue V8 do it and would anyone know on here whether I can get a refund against purchasing catalogue!
