Hi,

I'm using v5.1.6.0.0.33CNNA and have just tried to run a sales analysis report - but in the 'summary' I get a grand total that is lower than the 'sales by country' grand total.

How can that be? I've checked it vs cancelled orders etc but I can't seem to find where the difference is.

Any help gratefully received:)

should have mentioned the 'sales by country' total is correct, but the 'grand total' on summary hasn't added up the breakdown correctly.

One thing to try is to check whether you have ticked the correct options in the 'Sales Analysis Options' ('More Options' button in the 'Report Options' area).

Thanks Chris, I've tried running all types of sales analysis reports and whilst the information they contain is correct it is literally the grand total summary at the top of the page that is simply adding up the sub totals incorrectly - I've checked it manually.
