Shipping destinations

Hi All!

Can anybody tell me how I can remove all shipping destinations except "United Kingdom" from the "Select Shipping Destination" drop down menu in the Checkout pages.

I have removed the shipping Zones from "Shipping and Handling", but that has only deleted the actual shipping charge, not the locations themselves... duh! :(

Where am I going wrong?

It seems that I needed to do a refresh for the shipping destinations to change...

I do have another question now: how do I remove the bottom option that says: "None of the above".

Hi,

In order to remove countries other then UK I suggest the following may remedy your problem.

1. If you go into View | Business Settings please make 'Limited by Location' option from the 'Payment and Security' is unchecked.

2. Go into the Tax tab in the 'Tax Zones' box remove the 'EU tax zone, select 'UK tax zone' applying a tick in the 'Default Zone'.

Finally, select 'No tax levied' ticking the box that says 'Do not allow None of the Above as a zone member'.
