Hi there. We use Business v7 Multi-user and are about to start using the Sage Link. We intend to send info from Actinic into Sage.

I have installed and setup the Link software. When I run the export report, actinic generates several CSV files ok. But when I run the Link software it says there are no files.

Obviously I have checked the file locations, and the location Actinic specifies IS the location that Link is looking at - but it complains there are no files so I cannot press the "proceed" button.

What is going on here ? Any ideas ?

Hi - I have attached two screen shots to show the file locations setup in Actinic and in Sage Link.

Could someone tell me why Sage Link says "there aren't any source csv files" ?? There clearly ARE !!

I would suggest you call support so that someone can deal with this for you.
