Capture Company Name

How / What do I need to modify to capture a COMPANY NAME in the Invoice / Delivery sections.

Just open Design Text dialog from the Design menu. You can find the company name on both the Invoice Address and Delivery Address sub-tabs of the Checkout tab. Ticking the Show checkbox you can make this visible on the pages. You can also make them mandatory by clicking on the Required checkbox.
