how do i change the FTP port?

i need to get actinic to connect to a different port for ftp uploads as i already have a dedicated ftp on the standard port 21

Hi Mike

Actinic can only be configured to use the standard ports. However, if you connect through a proxy server then you can configure the proxy to forward to another port.

is this still the case? I cant believe its not changable! Proxy is not an option.

I'm about to spend £1500 on this an this is a REAL problem for me.

This is on the wishlist, but I'm afraid it's still the case and is unlikely to be included in version 7. :(

hi ben, got round the problem by changing the ftp software :)

All works now, i'll be placing an order when the trial runs out.
