Actinic to Sage Link

Hi - I am still having problems with this. In the link program it says "Tax Rates must not be blank" - where do I need to look for this ? In the profile, Tax tab it just has one drop down box to choose with "T0" through to "T99" to choose from. The default it is set to T1 - what do I do ?

I dont know what it means anyway.

Please can you explain this to me - I have logged this through the helpdesk but dont seem to be getting anywhere.

Hi Jez

The built-in help for Actinic Link does go through in some depth how to set up the 'Transaction Types' tab correctly. Try clicking on the 'Actinic Link For Sage Help' option in the 'Actinic Link For Sage Line 50' program group. It'll explain what all the T1, T2 etc mean, and give you a screenshot of how it should look.
