Hi

I've got a client who wants her shipping & handling arranged like this:

UK mainland customers; £3.95 postage and packing for orders above £20, and £2.95 for orders below £20.

For Europe and rest of the world please enter your order and we will email you the postage for you to confirm before we despatch the order.

But I've no idea if this is possible or how to go about it if so. Can anyone help?

Thanks - Gerard

This is possible.

Go to 'BUsiness Settings | Shipping and Handling'
Change 'Calculation Basis' to 'By Value'
Select the 'UK' in the white box in the middle of the tab
Delete the 'First Class' and 'Second Class' classes within the UK
Delete the 'North America' and 'Rest of EU' zones
Right click on the UK and select 'Add Class | Standard Charge'
Add two rows to the grid to the right.
Set the first row with an order value of '£20.00' and a cost of '£2.95'
Set the second row with an order value of £20.01 and a cost of £3.95
Set 'Excess' to 'Take the highest value in the table'
Finally, set 'If shipping band not defined' to 'Use default charge' of '£0.00'
That should do it.
