Sorry Gary, I don't know........I tried to change the font myself but now that I remember ...I failed!

(i wanted to reduce it by one size)

I was confusing the question with something else I did manage which was to change the layout of the Yahoo style links.

Sorry confusion reigns its time for bed!!

Try Act_SectionLineSmallText.html under Section | Top Sections in Template Manager.
