Network options greyed out

I can't acces either the Web->Configure Website Details menu or the ftp settings in Advanced->Network Settings. I can't see any reason for them being greyed out, and it means I can't get it to upload to the correct server. Can someone please help?

Hi there

The reason why they are greyed out is because you are in Host Mode in "Advance | Network Setup"

Please go into "Advance | Network Setup" and you will see a CONVERT button, when you click on it, it will say

"Are you sure you want to convert your Actinic Host catalog to a normal mode catalog"

Simply click on YES, and the FTP details to be white and you can use "Web | Configure Website Details"
