Hi,
How can i reduce all my products prices by 7% and then add 17.5% vat included in the price on the website?

best route would be to open the database within Access and run a macro or auto job on it..

there is no way in actinic to do this.
Techno's solution is the only one...but if you don't know how to do it, you will need someones help!! and make sure you have taken a backup of the mdb file

An Access query, which will find the parts you want to change and conduct the changes as per your query instruction.
You will need to get into queries within Access to do it.

The problem we are having is we are using 95 database
can we convert this to 2000 and still run ac tinicn 4 with no problems?

Yes, you can safely convert it to Access 2000, but as with everything, take a backup of the database first of all so that you have something to revert to.
Best thing with queries is to read the manual about how to do it as per your needs, or the help/wizards that come with access 2000.
