Uploading Problem

Hi

I am have two a problems


when uploading it gets to checking price indices then

stops

prior to this I ran a database compression could this have caused a problem

although I can upload from the advanced/send files tab

Also on my last upload the fonts on my site have reduced in size

but I have not changed any settings

I have just installed an ISA FIREWALL server which caused me a few problems
at first until we got the ftp settings right and the last time I did an upload it was a full refresh but i did not realise at the time the the ftp write permissions
were not enabled and it did not upload using ftp


Could this have changed something to make the website fonts smaller
as they are correct when it runs on the desktop

any help would be welcome

I think you need to email support via http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm and ask them to take a look and see what is going on. It sounds like Actinic is having trouble pulling the pricing information from the database. Had you recently added customer accounts or anything like that?

different browsers render fonts differently, we would need to the the css for the fonts in question
