View Full Version : The "Contact Us" button

When I click on this button, I get a pop-up with the following message:

" Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed"

Where is this button set up within Actinic V6..
is it in the; Business settings/ contact/ Email address section ?

That message is telling you that your PC does not have a default email client, to fix this you will have to do something outside of Actinic. If you open your email program you should get a box popping up asking if you want to set it to be your default email program to which you can then say yes.
