Alternative delivery for logged-in customers

Is there a way that logged-in customers can ship to alternative delivery address?

I have removed the ship to an alternative address in the Design - Text - Website (Cont) - Invoice Address option, as I only want non-registered customers to deliver to their billing address.

I want registered customers to be allowed the option to deliver to an alternative address, but I don't seem to be able to allow this without allowing everybody this option.

Is there a way around this?

I have been trying to customise the Act_Order01.html template this afternoon using the <Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE> XML tag, but this just brings up a script error when running it on the site. I'm afraid I can't see a way of doing this - sorry.

I'll enter it as a wish list item.
