Quantity missing from Invoice

Hi all.
A site which is currently live and recieving orders is showing some quite odd information on the Actinic invoice printout.

no matter how many products are being ordered, the quantity section on the invoice says 0.
ive tested it just a little and the mail that gets sent to the customer is returning the correct quantity.

if anyone can shed light on this rather abnormal problem, it will be much appreciated.

Are you using components. If you are check your pricing schedule

the site IS using components but they dont effect the price.

The invoice shows the quantity shipped not the quantity ordered, are you shipping your order lines before you print the invoice?
