Actinic to QB Link

I recently downloaded the latest Act to QB link (ImportVersion=v1.3.0 EFRA
ExportVersion=v1.5.0 GGQA) I noticed a new field labeled "Make Payment". Can someone explain what exactly this does?

I was hoping it would transfer CC information from actinic to QB. If not is there any way to do this without manually typing in CC numbers?
