Vat display in checkout

Hi, is it possable to change the display of 'vat' in the checkout and view basket.
In the checkout table, the word VAT to read as '17.5% VAT'
This should be in a template somewhere but I carnt find it.

This is most likely coming from one of the Text | ID settings and not a template - there is a full list at the bottom of the AUG
