Actinic books/e-learning

I have been using Actinic Catalog V5 for about a year. Are there any good instruction books available (beginner to intermediate)? I have a site and know the basics but want to go beyond that. As I'm based in Dublin, going to courses in UK is a bit of a problem. There must be somebody who has written a step-by-step guide for such a good product?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I've found the Advanced User Guide a bit daunting. I suppose what I'm looking for is a "So you want to put stock levels on-line? Okay, here's what you do..."! + tips, shortcuts, try this or this.... etc, etc.
I know Actinic is not for the masses, but I think if someone came up with a Step-by-Step type guide it would be a tremendous help.

The attached GSG is better for this sort of thing. Additionally, there are quite a few step-by-step guides and tips in the Help files.
