Another problem is that the info lines (the ones requiring an input for customers) will only allow an input of 19 digits maximum. So if you are asking a customer what they want for personalisation of an item - which is the sort opf thing this section was designed for I presume - you are very limited. One of the things I sell are stickers - so customers can only buy a sticker 19 letters long!!
