Importing text etc from existing Actinic 'site

Again have not managed to answer this via searching the forum. I must be losing it.

Is it possible to import all company data and any text changes (from standard) from an existing Actinic 'site?

Not wishing to use the same theme or any of said websites products or categories.

Thats what I was thinking Jo, excuse this question though... change the theme once imported, or before? Does an import change the existing theme to whatever it is? I assume so, otherwise it wouldn't be a worthwhile safeguard to an existing site. Hmmm, however a few templates have been tweaked a bit to tune up the main site, do these changes get lost if you change the theme once the snapshot has been imported? (I hope that makes sense).

Obviously when you import a snapshot into a new site it will completely replace all the site's settings with the one from the snapshot.

After importing the snapshot, if you change the theme it will swap in a new outer/overall layout of the design (i.e. the bits with all your navigation/company logo etc.) Changing theme does not overwrite any layouts or change any layouts in the 'inner/bulk' area of the page.
