Filter Or Look Up Table

Is it possible to have a dropdown menu that filters the data on the next dropdown menu or a dropdown menu with a lookup table?
I would like to add this to order phase 2.

I've already read this thread and found it most useful, but would still like my dropdown menu's to be a little more intelligent do you know if this is possible
