Home Page - move products to before sections

Is it possible on the home page to have the products listed before the sections?

I want to show a couple of products as the first thing the visitor sees with links below these products to further products

At present there is a link to another section (About Toyk Design) with products listed below

What I want to achieve is the products first with the link to a separate section listed below the products

I always thought that would be really useful - for me I would want to use the facility to make the "product" information only so that it was not clickable. At the moment I have a paragraph on the top of the home page that is just for information but because it has to be a section people can click on it, which is daft.

I hope that made some sort of sense!
