Credit details not downloadable? Urgent help please.

Hi,

This morning I am getting the following message on all downloading orders:

'An attempt was made to access an order past it's end.
The heavily encrypted data from the order blob appears to be corrupt. However the majority of the order was retrieved. You must contact the customer...'

Please help!!!

thisis because you have catalog on 2 machines each with their own housekeeping keys.

you need to copy the housekeeping keys from one machine to the other so that they are both the same.
