fatal error with snapshot

can anyone help?

when i try and import a snapshot from a memory pen (from my pc to my laptop) it comes up with a fatal error (File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 297) - Archive error 13 - Extract selected files call failed

Library error - Error creating file ........\CommonOCC\Thumbs.db! has been caught.

What is it? and can it be fixed?

Thumbs.db is a system file used when you use the preview files option inside Windows Explorer - try deleting the file from the source prior to taking a snasphot to see if that resolves

Hi again,

i can't find tha Thumbs.db program file i looked manually and used search. i found ones for other sites and various data just not for the specific one i want. will it be called something else?

This might be why you can't see Thumbs.db...
Thumbs.db is a hidden file. In Windows Explorer go Tools|Folder Options|View and select Show hidden files in Files and Folders|Hidden files and folders.
