Tax Rate

I have a frustrating problem which only occurs occassionally. When trying to change existing products or create new ones I am prompted to fill in the tax rate.

Does any one have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Helen

This was a bug in some versions of v5 and has now been fixed. I would suggest upgrading your store to the latest version (v5.1.6) - it can be downloaded from here (http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v5/).
